Our summer kicks off with a webinar hosted by MRC titled How to Analyze Your Card Payment Processing Cost, scheduled for Wednesday, June 5 at 9am PDT. Led by industry experts including our co-founder and CTO, Albert Drouart, Patrick Presto from The New York Times, and Drew Edmond from Glenbrook Partners, this webinar will delve deep into the fundamentals of analyzing card payment processing costs. Participants will gain valuable insights into key fee categories, data requirements, and strategies to optimize the total cost of payments acceptance.

Following the webinar, Chase Foster—our Enterprise Sales Lead—will attend the Payments Leaders Summit in Miami on June 17-18. This summit provides a unique platform for payments industry professionals to network, learn from innovators, and explore strategies to navigate the dynamic landscape and regulatory environment within payments. That same week, Liliana Sirotzky, the Head of Account Management at Pagos, will lead a webinar panel for the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG) titled Payment Optimization Matters: A Practical Overview of Real-Life Examples. This panel will include Brian Cullen (Payments Risk Strategist at Playstation) and Bill Hurley (Payments Strategy at Verizon) and aims to define the concept of "payments optimization." Later in the summer, from July 29-31, the Pagos team will be in Washington DC for The 35th Annual PaymentsEd Forum. At this event, Mina Deegan, our Lead Solution Engineer, will present alongside Akash Kedia, the Senior Payment Lead at Uber, on the topic of understanding the cost of payments. Their talk, titled What You Don’t Know Can Hurt Your Business: Understanding the Cost of Payments, will provide attendees with insights into minimizing expenses by identifying key cost components and influencing factors.
